  The itinerary is nicely balanced, with a good mix of cookery classes, guided walks through stunning mountain scenery to visits to a local winery, an Olive Oil producer and an artisan goats cheese maker. The cookery classes are great fun and really hands on. Everything from picking vegetables from Simon’s organic roof top veg patch, to learning the art of chopping onions and garlic like a professional chef. The best bit is eating the delicious fruits of your labour, made even more enjoyable with some fantastic local wines.

  Well where to start. This was the best holiday my girlfriend and I have EVER had. Stay with Aragon Active and you will be enjoying Simon and Lucy's beautiful, sympathetically restored 17th century home. Their food is phenomenal. It's the work they put in to make sure we had the best possible time that really makes the difference. We went for their self guided walking package and it was brill. Each evening Simon and Lucy would ask what sort of walk we wanted to do next and the following morning they would come back with several choices. Every route came with a map, instructions and points of interest, many of which we would have missed. The area is generally quiet but this was peak Spanish holiday season and yet their routes allowed us to find true tranquillity, beautiful scenery. Don't hesitate, just book!
